In February I switched on my air conditioner in cooling mode and after a while water began to drip from the indoor unit. What should I do now?

Answer: Don’t worry, it’s nothing. While operating in cooling mode the air conditioner dehumidifies the air. If your drain conduit leads outside, at subzero temperatures ice bung may arise that disturbs a normal export. As it melts you may use your Split System again. In order to avoid such situations in future we may advise you to use a drain heat insulation. Self-regulated cable which heats a drain conduit up to +5C is used for such purpose.
